Terms of Service
These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the Kaliber Gaming Discord bot, web dashboard at www.kalibergaming.com, and Palworld game servers operated by us ("the Service"). By logging in, joining a server, or making a purchase you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation does not violate any law or third-party agreement that applies to you.
2. Your account
Your Service account is tied to your Discord account. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under it, including purchases, in-game actions, and content posted in our Discord. Do not share your login session, and notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
- Follow the Palworld end-user license agreement and our in-game and Discord community rules at all times.
- Do not exploit bugs, dupe items, run unauthorized macros, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt the servers, bot, or web services.
- Do not use the Service to distribute illegal content, malware, spam, or content that infringes a third party's rights.
- Do not access the Service except through the interfaces and APIs we provide.
We may warn, suspend, kick, ban, or remove an account at our discretion if these rules are broken. Bans for rule violations do not entitle you to a refund of unspent virtual currency.
4. Streamer linking and go-live alerts
If you opt in to streamer linking via Twitch, YouTube, or Kick, we periodically poll the public APIs of those platforms to detect when you are live and post an announcement in our Discord on your behalf. Linking is opt-in and reversible: to unlink, open a ticket in our Discord server (Get Help) and we will remove your channel. There is no self-serve unlink command — the ticket is the route, and it is the same one described under "Your rights" in our Privacy Policy. We never post chat messages, follows, or subscriptions to those platforms — read-only access is all we request.
5. Purchases, virtual currency, and refunds
Real-money purchases (Kaliber Coin packs, Premium Coin packs, bundles, subscriptions) are processed by Stripe. Virtual currencies and items have no real-world monetary value and are licensed — not sold — to you for personal, non-commercial use within the Service. They cannot be exchanged for cash and have no inherent value off-platform.
Once virtual currency or an item is delivered to your account, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. If a purchase fails to deliver, contact support and we will redeliver or refund the affected transaction.
6. Service changes and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also change prices, the in-game economy, drop rates, leaderboard rules, and available rewards. We will announce material economy changes in the community Discord.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates with Discord, Twitch, Google / YouTube, Kick, and Stripe. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms and privacy policies, listed in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on those third-party services.
8. Intellectual property
Palworld, the Pal designs, and related assets are owned by Pocketpair, Inc.; we use them under the limits of the Palworld EULA. The Kaliber Gaming branding, dashboard layout, custom artwork, and original code are owned by us and may not be copied without permission.
9. Disclaimer of warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KALIBER GAMING WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE NINETY (90) DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD 50, WHICHEVER IS HIGHER.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to other players or to us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) will survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
When we make a material change we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and post a notice in the community Discord. Continued use after that date counts as acceptance of the revised Terms.
